Christmas is just around the corner, so I thought I would share some easy recipe with you all. These cookies are not particularly for Christmas, you can make them whenever you want, but if you are bad with baking, just like I am ( 😀 ), this recipe is perfect for you.
- 500 g Corn flakes
- 400g plain cooking chocolate (You can also mix 2 Different chocolate)
- 100g Powdered sugar
- 250 g of coconut fat
- 150g ground hazelnuts
- Paper cup
In a big bowl mix the Corn flakes, powdered sugar and the ground hazelnuts.
Put coconut fat in a heatproof bowl (stainless steel or tempered glass), and set the bowl directly on the cooking water (use a big pot with enough water, but make sure that the heatproof bowl doesn’t touch the ground). After the coconut fat is melted but the chopped chocolate into it and let it melt as well.
Afterwards you can put the chocolate mix over the Corn flakes and mix it carefully together.
Scoop a tablespoon of mix into a paper cup. Leave in the fridge for 30 mins.
